01 Overview

This policy explains what information FlowPilot (operated by Sajid Mumtaz) collects when you visit this website or engage FlowPilot's services, and how that information is used. It applies to visitors of this landing page and to clients who book a call or work with FlowPilot on an ongoing basis.

02 Information I collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with FlowPilot:

03 How information is used

Information is used only to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule/conduct calls
  • Deliver the agreed services (e.g. drafting proposals, managing social accounts, handling inbox or data-entry tasks)
  • Communicate updates about ongoing work
  • Send invoices or payment-related communication

Information is never sold, and is not used for advertising or marketing to third parties.

04 Third-party tools

FlowPilot relies on a small number of external tools to operate, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Calendly — for scheduling calls (collects name, email, and scheduling details)
  • Email provider (Gmail) — for direct communication
  • Client-approved platforms — such as the client's own social media, email, or CRM tools, accessed only as needed to perform agreed work, under the client's authorization

FlowPilot does not control these third parties' own data practices; please review their respective privacy policies for details.

05 Data retention

Client information and access credentials are retained only for as long as needed to deliver the agreed services. Upon ending an engagement, access to client accounts is relinquished, and any locally held client files or credentials are deleted within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for invoicing, tax, or legal record-keeping purposes.

06 Sharing of information

Information is not shared with third parties except: (a) with tools strictly necessary to perform the agreed work, (b) where required by law or a valid legal request, or (c) with your explicit consent.

07 Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information shared during an engagement, including limiting access to what's needed for the work and using account credentials only for their intended purpose. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

08 Your choices & rights

You may ask, at any time, to:

  • Know what information is held about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal or contractual retention needs
  • Withdraw consent for further use of your information going forward

To make any of these requests, simply email markhere345@gmail.com.

09 Children's privacy

FlowPilot's services are intended for business owners and professionals, not children. This site does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
